			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Following the voluntary windup of the two Macquarie Bank subsidiaries last year, Deloitte have been appointed to sell the 7133sqm waterside development site originally slated for Coast.</p>
<p>The site, overlooking the Broadwater and fronting Marine Parade was slated for an 11 storey building housing 168 apartments and was bought by the Maquarie entities in 2007 for $13.6m.  With the possiblity of a new DA increasing site density, the site will be marketed in a tender campaign in Australia, Korea and China.</p>
